Configuring No-IP for use with Apache Webserver?

I'm trying to use Apache webserver to host a simple website for file sharing. I've got the dynamic updating client downloaded and working, but it seems whenever I enter the address in a computer, even on the same network as the server, it can never connect. I've port forwarded, but I think it might be a setting on No-IP. Are there certain settings that I don't know about? Thanks
