Describe a torture room?

It usually has walls full of knifes and murder weapons. A chair to chin up your victim and roped, tape. Its ALWAYS dark in torture chambers, sometimes sound proof and always has a dark feeling t it, dripping water or blood dripping sometimes other dead bodies laying around.
