HELP ME WITH MY COMPUTER I CANT TAKE THIS ****!!!!!.?

My laptops resolution is too big. But I can't make it any smaller then it is right now...also I can't use windows movie maker, it says my video card wont let me, but before my comp got a virus, and then erased everything, i could use wmm, wtf! help me please i cant take this **** anymore!!!!!!! >:C
