Is there any way to ...?

i was just wondering is there any way to use samsung s5230 touch screen as laptop's extended screen ? connect it via USB port or VGA or HDMI or 1394 port. it is WQVGA screen. i know that it's a 3" screen. but since it's touch screen, maybe it is possible to use it as a touch pad.
