What would a serial killer do if they got hold of someone who enjoyed their game?

For example, the serial killer is waiting for his next victim and snatches a young woman. He gets her home and unties her and instead of being terrified she is aroused by him. She wants to play along with whatever sick fantasies he has and even offers to help him kill the next victim. Would this make the serial killer mad or would he be happy and spare her?
