Is this macbook pro alright for gaming?

When i went to go buy my macbook white, i was going to get the pro like yourself. But i got the macbook white for my budget. Besides that point the guy that was helping me at the apple store said that the macbook pro is good for gaming. So with his statement i would go with a yes! I hope it helps. :)
