Can someone read this and tell me what the author is introducing...should more detail be added...or is it fine?

How do we determine whose life is more important? What indicators should we turn to in order to draw the conclusions necessary for this judgement? In a society as developed as Canada’s these questions should never be asked, however they are, this is especially the case when dealing with the issue of victimization. This harsh reality is brought to forefront in Warren Goulding’s book “Just Another Indian: A Serial Killer and Canada’s Indifference”. Not only does Goulding raise these two very important questions; he also makes an attempt to provide evidence that supports the assertion that there exists a deeply rooted bias within many of our institutions.
