Computer in Power Save Mode ?

My computer, its a dell, it says its in power save mode. the power button is orange, the monitor power button is orange, my keyboard isn't showing that its on at all. I've unplugged and plugged things in, switched extension chords, let the computer chill out, everything i can possibly think of. So what the heck do i do. and also i plugged in the mouse and keyboard into a laptop and they work on it . Im at a loss. Some one flippin help me out
